Streamlining Form Management & Data Entry for RC Apparels
The Challange
RC Apparels was managing their forms in hard copy format, which was both time-consuming and prone to errors. The client needed to digitize these forms and automate data entry from hard copies to streamline their processes. Specifically, they needed JotForms to capture responses, then automatically store this data in Google Sheets.
Solution
We implemented a solution that integrated JotForms with Google Sheets for automatic data entry. The entire process was automated, reducing manual intervention. The automation triggered after form submissions and fed responses directly into Google Sheets.
- Form Transition: We converted all physical forms into JotForms for easier collection and processing of data.
- Google Sheets Automation: Using Google Sheets, we set up automated workflows to capture responses and save them in organized rows.
- Formula Integration: Custom formulas were added within Google Sheets to auto-generate meaningful reports.
These updates were automatically calculated through the formulas, giving RC Apparels immediate, actionable insights.
