After carefully watching the company’s in & out, the condition of the company is very critical as they have just started their new facility in Ludhiana and don’t have any proper system to manage all the things.
These are a few of the findings that come out regarding the company’s day-to-day problems they are facing in their work:
Needs to Automate its work processes.

Needs to refine its standards by auditing day-to-day activities.

Need to Monitor the incoming & outgoing of assets (Assets/ Inventory Management).

Proper manpower monitoring system is also required, etc.
After a number of meetings with the directors of the company we came to the conclusion that it is required to modernize the company. The company require some software applications along with the training and other process modifications activities to survive and stabilize, in such crucial time of Covid-19 (as the market is already down and so many other factors are also affecting the company’s financial condition).
We have jointly implemented the 5S practices system in the company for effectively maintaining and starting the store management process.
Assets Management Application Based on Power/ Dynamics 365 Platform:
Now one of the major parts stated at the OAZSHAKTI end to creating dashboards on Power Bi by ETL (Extracting, Transforming & Loading) of Salt Lake Previous Data available. so started with the process mapping for the company on paper, then we came up with a Power Bi dashboard.
Then after a regressive day & night effort we have created and came up with a dynamic cloud-based mobile (Canvas) & Desktop (Model) application that can scan the inventory incoming – outgoing and several dashboards also created those can give a complete eagle eye view of the work going.
This Mobile Application has several dynamic features, a few of those are listed:
Dynamic Features includes interconnected 6 no. power applications & 1 Dashboard of Power Bi those are creating in common a dynamic application of Inventory Scanner.
Users at different locations can work on the application at the same time.
Data of different locations is stored on clouds on real time.
The Top executives of the company have access on all the data & Dashboards on real time.
Colors of the App can be changed dynamically as required.

Auto Refresh Functionality.
Used DataMart, Dataverse, CDM like tools for creating a long-lasting performance.
